If you want to try and save it you can heat up the nut with a propane torch and use a high speed impact gun with an impact socket. That will usually get it to break free.

One came out fine, the other (passenger side) bolt was turning but it was difficult. After tightening, loosening, tightening, loosening trick the bolt just started spinning in place. If you do not have these you can try buying them, or welding some flat steel to the head of the bolt you have to keep it from spinning in the frame.
