Among the largest structures segmented were the cerebral cortex (169.61±8.88 mm3) and brainstem (79.19±4.03 mm3), while the smallest were the laterodorsal nucleus of the thalamus (0.43±0.03 mm3) and the interpeduncular nucleus (0.41±0.07 mm3).
