WebJul 14, 2009 · If you completly soak the jacket in water the sleeves will come up a bit. Of course the entire jacket will shrink but not by much. You have to let it dry over something like a fan, run it in a tumble dryer with the heat off for an hour or so (to soften it up) and use a good leather conditioner. I did this to my 613 and it came out great :) /Chris
