WebEmbers Adrift's only boasted features boiled down to "Lack of basic QoL features", for the sake of "immersion", and then had a monthly subscription fee on top of a purchase price...so that one I skipped. From what I've read, the population has remained consistently very low since launch, which is unsurprising given their payment model.
