WebIf your army strength exceeds theirs, especially by a large margin, you should win. Fallen Empire homeworlds usually have something like 4k defense army strength so that's your target. You can also bombard the planet to bring that number down before invading. You're still gonna have serious losses, but you only have to do this for a couple planets.
