My power is back to normal, with very little smoke. Rough/hard start is gone...idle is normal. Things runs like it did when new...I also gained between 2 and 4 psi of boost. WebInternational also had an oil level sensor that would cut the power off to lift pump if the oil was low. You need a wiring diagram for the lift pump and way to scan it or find the relay for the pump and check it. If the old pump was bad it might have blew a fuse hidden somewhere. Check the oil level. These things hold a lot of oil.
