Any mod that alters the AI behavior, or any graphical settings mod will both slow down the simulation. WebAdditionally you need enough water pressure (enough water spawning) to keep it at that level indefinitely. Can't dam up a slow and small river and expect it to power a large dam - It'll just drain the entire resevoir in minutes and stop producing power altogether.
