I'm very worried to the point of not sleeping about my partner. He has a brown straight line that goes from the bottom to the very top of his nail. WebMelanonychia is defined by a dark line on the fingernails or toenails. It can be the sign of a more serious illness, which is why getting a proper diagnosis is essential.
